Today we fit a bespoke made Silent Gliss system 3000 track for a bay window in Balham. Our customer rang in after being told by John Lewis that she’d have to have a total of 14 weeks to get a four bend bespoke track just like the one in the photos below. Wow 14weeks!!!

Having understood her reasons for a speedy turnaround we assured our client that our promise is a total turnaround of 5working days. We pride in ourselves in not only delivering quality but also being very efficient in speedy turnarounds. The world is moving too fast nowadays and time is everything.

This four bend bay windows isn’t easy to measure for so we made sure our cross measurements were precise to the mm. A Silent Gliss system 3000 corded on both sides is a perfect fit for this window and able to handle the curtains with ease. We finish off by hanging existing curtains which complete the room with warmth.

A very happy customer. A very productive day for us.

Its no big deal. But it matters.
